YAG crystal combines advantages in many basic properties, it is a stable compound, mechanically
robust, physically hard, optically isotropic, and transparent from below 300nm to beyond 4 microns.
YAG single crystals are able to accept trivalent Rare Earth and Transition Metal groups' laser activator ions,
and can be grown with very low strain, became the most widely produced laser gain host. Using
Czochralski technique, OSICO provide Nd3+:YAG, Er3+:YAG,
Yb3+:YAG and Tm3+ laser crystals,
Cr3+:YAG passive Q-switch elements and pure YAG crystal substrate for optical components.
We also accept contract growth of special doping crystals according to customers' requirements.
